Delete your account

You can permanently delete your DicipLearn account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the DicipLearn app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — Request via web
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address your account is registered with:
Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. After verifying your identity, we will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and login credentials
- Saved words, sentences and lists
- Review/flashcard progress and all statistics
- Your notification token
No data is retained after deletion.
